Tulare Sheriff’s Office releases bodycam video from Monday gunbattle

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday released dramatic body camera video from a gunbattle with the man who was on a “personal reign of terror.”

It started Saturday when Gustavo Garcia shot a farmerworker who was picking fruit. Then he was involved in a robbery, other shootings which killed a man, and a high-speed chase that ended with a major crash that killed him injured several others. 

Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said at a press conference Monday, “We have one man that essentially has been on a personal reign of terror in the last 24 hours and 48 hours.”
