Suspects sought in Fresno kidnapping, sexual assault

Two men are wanted after police say they kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman in Fresno on Wednesday morning, the Fresno Police Department said.

The Police Department said Jose Angel Salcido, 25, kidnapped his estranged girlfriend at knifepoint and sexually assaulted her in the area of Park and Klondike avenues.

He’s wanted on charges of kidnapping, sexual assault, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Salcido is 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Clifford Roy Foster, 29, is suspected of being involved in the kidnapping and sexual assault.

Along with being wanted on charges of kidnapping and sexual assault, Foster is also wanted on two felony warrants and is on active felony probation, police said.

He’s described as being 6-foot-tall and 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two suspects is asked to call the Police Department immediately.
