VISALIA, California (KSEE/KGPE) – A Visalia man flipped his SUV over and was arrested Friday for multiple charges including narcotic sales after officers tried pulling him over for a traffic stop, Visalia police said.

Officers tried pulling over Shane Moler, 47, on Ben Maddox Way, just south of Noble Avenue, around 7:20 p.m. but he drove through a nearby parking lot and back onto the roadway instead to try to get away from them, Sgt. Mark Feller said.
