Fresno Police investigating multiple shootings striking homes, vehicles

Within the timespan of an hour, Fresno Police officers responded to several areas of the city for ShotSpotter alerts, or reports of shots fired.

On Sunday, beginning around 9 p.m., several reports of shootings came in around Fresno.

At Fountain Way and Teilman Avenue, shell casings were found in the road, according to Fresno Police Lt. Bill Dooley.

About six miles away at Eunice and Lorena avenues, a home and car were struck by bullets, Dooley confirmed. A woman inside received fragments from the wall that was hit into her arm.

There are no known victims as of Sunday at 10 p.m.
