Fifteen shots fired into a south Fresno home, police say

Fifteen shots were fired into a south Fresno home Saturday night, Fresno police say.

A ShotSpotter call came in around 8:20 p.m. at Annadale Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr.  Boulevard, Lt. Larry Bowlan says.

He says shell casings were found, but no one was reportedly injured in the shooting.

A car was also struck by the gunfire.

Bowlan says officers believe the shooting was directed at the home because of the amount of rounds fired.

A suspect(s) in the shooting remains outstanding, and it’s unclear if the shooting was gang-related.
