DUI drivers had an argument, then started ramming into each other’s cars, police say

Two men were arrested Friday night for allegedly ramming their cars together after an argument, according to the Madera Police Department.

Ofelio Santiago and Fermin Santiago were reportedly ramming into each other’s cars in the area of Sycamore and Clinton streets after an argument at a nearby home.

“Ofelio began ramming his truck into Fermin’s truck, sending it up onto a grass park area,” police explain.

They were both were found to be DUI drivers, police say, and were and arrested. Ofelio was also arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon in connection to ramming Fermin’s vehicle.
