Authorities want help identifying 2 suspects, 3 vehicles in ‘Home of Hope’ burglary

Authorities are asking for help identifying three vehicles and two suspects in the “Home of Hope” burglary last week, the Fresno Police Department said Tuesday.

On Wednesday between 12:25 a.m. and 6 a.m., Granville’s “Home of Hope” was burglarized.

Two suspects entered the home and took all the furnishings, including the refrigerator and stove, police said.

Granville had given the furnished house away in a charity raffle just a week earlier.

The first suspect was described as a man between 20 and 30 years old, 5-foot-9 and about 160 to 175 pounds. He has dark, short, curly hair and a bushy mustache.

The second suspect was described as a man between 20 and 30 years old, between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-9 and about 170 pounds. He has short hair was clean shaven.

The vehicles were described as:

  • 1997-2004 Ford F series, white, blue stripe along sides, single cab, no logos, and possibly former city of Fresno truck.
  • 2008-present, Dodge Journey, white, black wheels, black grill, black side rearview mirrors, side roof rack, and rear tinted windows.
  • 1990s Chevy or Ford panel van, white, dent to rear door, faded paint, no logos.
