FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) – Fresno Police are investigating the stabbing of a 24-year-old woman after she and her boyfriend allegedly got into an argument Friday night.
Ronald Jackson, 59, is accused of stabbing his girlfriend several times after getting into a fight in the 2200 of North Glenn Avenue, according to Fresno Police Lt. Bill Dooley.
He says Jackson fled the area in a car, but officers spotted him not too long after they arrived at Blackstone Avenue and Saginaw Way and arrested him.
The weapon was a switchblade knife, Dooley says.
The victim is stable at Community Regional Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
