Once again KSEE24 is a proud sponsor of the Granville Home of Hope.
Tuesday was the ground breaking ceremony, which means it’s the first day of construction for the 2019 Home of Hope.
“Granville Home of Hope started in 2006 and since then has raised over 5.2 million dollars to provide to those in our community who need it the most,” said Veronique Parker, Granville Homes Marketing Coordinator.
This year’s the goal is to sell 6,000 tickets to raise a total of $600,000.
All proceeds will benefit 9 different local organizations, including the Central California Food Bank.
“Last year we raised over $600,000 that was right back into our community touched every aspect of families in need,” said Andy Souza, CEO of the Central California Food Bank.
This year’s home will be a 3-bedroom, 2 and a half bath, located in Granville’s newest gated community at Belterra.
It will have front yard maintenance and access to a community pool.
Tickets will go on sale December 6th for $100.
“This year’s home is a Canvas 10 that comes with granite counter tops, designer light fixtures, beautiful wood plank tile flooring and just tons of upgrades,” Parker added.
Also this year, Fresno Lexus has donated a two-year lease on a 2019 Lexus UX to be raffled off.
Anyone who purchases a two-ticket bundle is eligible.
“The person who wins the car still has those two chances of winning the home,” Parker said.
The car will be raffled off in April and the home will be given away in May.
