Extended interview with Rep- Devin Nunes_08868540

Local Congressman Devin Nunes has filed a $150 million lawsuit against the McClatchy Company, which is the parent company of the Fresno Bee.

Among other things, the lawsuit claims a McClatchy reporter conspired with a political operative to derail an investigation into the Hillary Clinton campaign and Russian election interference.

During an interview on Fox News, Nunes who sits on the house intelligence committee put other media outlets on notice.

The lawsuit specifically cited an article published by the Fresno Bee last May. The lawsuit says
the article was untruthful, misleading and a smear.

Several weeks ago Nunes filed a similar lawsuit against Twitter for $250 million dollars.
No word tonight from the Fresno Bee or its parent company McClatchy, which is based in Sacramento.
