Celebrate Mother’s Day with a homemade parfait

Registered dietitian Tawnie Kroll visited the KSEE24 studios and shared two recipes you can make at home for mom. 

Here is the recipe for the Blueberry Quinoa Parfait:

2 Cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 Cups quinoa, cooked
2 Cups yogurt, plain, blueberry or vanilla
1/3 Cup walnuts, chopped 
1 Tbsp drizzle of honey & zest of lemon for garnish
