While the shack situated at 863 Carolina St. looks uninhabitable (it really is), the $2.5 million price tag comes with a demolition permit approved by the city.
To help you envision what the possibilities could look like, listing agent Anne Laury of Coldwell Banker posted architectural drawings that show all the potential the property has.
That includes 360-degree views of the city, easy access to downtown, and close proximity to public transportation and freeways.
According to Zillow, the San Francisco Planning Department has approved and zoned the lot for 4,451-square-feet, four floors, four bedrooms, four full baths, a two-car garage, and a private elevator to each floor.
Zillow says the two-unit building plans could be applicable for occupancy by one family “for a large and luxurious home.”
