California family struck by lightning while visiting Sequoia National Forest

News

A California family was struck lightning in the Sequoia National Forest while taking cover under a tree during a storm.

The father took video of the rainfall, but that’s the last thing any of them remember when a bolt of lightning hit all three people — a man and his daughter and son.

The family from Pacific Grove feels lucky to be alive.
