Protests continue, with outrage over recent deadly officer involved shootings.
Local Black Lives Matter activist, Minister Bryson White says a march from Fresno County Jail to the police department is planned for Wednesday July 13, at 6:00 pm.
White expects to see a large crowd like Saturday’s on Shaw Ave.
That protest started with just a couple of dozen people on Blackstone and Shaw and quickly grew to hundreds.
Tensions still remain high as investigations continue into the deaths of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Philando Castile in Minnesota and the shooting of Dylan Noble in Fresno.
The last protest cost Fresno Police at least twenty thousand dollars in overtime.
Some citations were handed out, but police Chief Jerry Dyer says the protest were peaceful over all.
