Police are investigating an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven store, across from Fresno State.

It happened Friday morning after 3 a.m. at the corner of Shaw and Maple.

Police said two men entered the store, one of them with a handgun.

Both got away with some merchandise.

The suspects were last seen driving Eastbound on Shaw Avenue in a dark colored vehicle.

The same 7-Eleven store was held up on February 6th.

The suspects were a white male and a female.

Police are now investigating if the two are related.

“There was another robbery,” Sgt Yambupah added. “It’s unknown at this time if the 2 robberies are related or if its the same suspect.”

Police said there has been two liquor store robberies and at least 8 mini mart robberies in a span of a month.
