Another very hot week ahead

Get ready for more triple-digit heat!

Fresno reached a high of 101 degrees Saturday afternoon.

The average high for August 24 is 96 degrees and the average low is 65 degrees.

Expect a warm overnight low of 73 degrees early Sunday morning.

Fresno will reach a high of 102 Sunday and Monday afternoons.

Tuesday will be the warmest day this week with a high of 104 degrees.

Temperatures will slowly lower after Tuesday, but not by much. Wednesday’s high will be 103 degrees, 101 Thursday and 100 degrees Friday while overnight lows stay in the low 70s.
