6-year-old shot in Southeast Fresno, police say

FRESNO, California – Fresno police are on the scene of shooting in Southeast Fresno.

Police say a 6-year-old boy was shot near Winery Ave and Yale Ave while sitting in the back of his mother’s car.

Police say the shooting happened around 7:45 p.m. Monday.

The 6-year-old boy was taken to the hospital and listed in stable but serious or guarded condition.
