Many of us are spending a lot more time at home, due to the pandemic, and perhaps less time at the gym, especially since there’s limited business hours there. But there is simply no excuse for us to not workout.

Here is one of Community Medical Center’s certified personal trainers, Phouva Inthirath, with some simple exercises you can do right at home to strength train and burn some calories.
