Residents in Fresno County unfortunately know diabetes and pre-diabetes all too well. A recent study found that almost half of all Fresno County adults aren’t taking measures to keep their condition under control. And even more alarming, the amputation rate resulting from diabetes is soaring. This week, we sit down with UCSF’s Director of the Fresno Endocrinology Division, Dr. Soe Naing.
