FRESNO, California (KSEE) – A former federal judge says the whistleblower complaint against President Trump still has a long way to go before impeachment proceedings could get underway.

Oliver Wagner, who was appointed by the late President George H.W. Bush, joined KSEE24’s Alexan Belekian to talk about the recently released phone transcript, whether or not the allegations could lead to impeachment, and Wagner’s opinion of the Commander in Chief’s actions in office.
