Record 118K ballots submitted in Fresno County, says registrar of voters

FRESNO, California (KSEE) – There continues to be a record turnout of ballots being cast.

Election day is less than two weeks away, and Fresno County Registrar of Voters Brandi Orth says her office has already received 118,000 ballots.
