Innovation and politics was the talk at this year’s World Ag Expo in Tulare. Connie Conway, the state director of the USDA farm serving agency, appointed by the Trump administration says Valley farmers are very concerned over the current political climate but for the most part still have faith President Trump is working for them. Trump will be in Bakersfield to talk with Valley farmers over the on-going water wars. He is expected to sign a water bill.
