Wisconsin celebrates 180 years of cheese making with Chef Joe Flann


May is American Cheese Month, and this year Wisconsin will also be celebrating its 180th anniversary of cheese-making. 

Chef Joe Flamm, the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 15, teamed up with Wisconsin Cheese and shared some inspirational recipes that feature award-winning cheese. 

Flamm recently opened a new restaurant in Chicago called Rose Mary with Sancerre Hospitality in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. The new spot blends classic and timeless dishes from his Italian heritage with bold and vibrant flavors from the Croatian coast.
