Car stolen in northeast Fresno kidnapping, robbery found, police say

FRESNO, California - The car that was stolen during Friday's northeast Fresno kidnapping and robbery has been found, the Fresno Police Department said Monday morning.

On Friday, a woman with a 1-year-old child was forced into a home at knife point, possibly assaulted, forced into her own car with the infant so the suspect could drive to a Wells Fargo ATM.

She was made to withdraw money to give to him, and then he fled in her car.

The woman and the child were left in the parking lot. 

Police confirmed Monday that the woman's car that had been stolen has been found.

No other information was made available.
