From the North Coast to the Central Coast and now the Central Valley, Taryn is delighted to call Fresno her new home.
As a child, she always wanted to make a life for herself on the sunny West Coast. During her time at Western Kentucky University, she earned her degree in both Communication Studies and Broadcasting along with a minor in Sales.
In the summer of 2018, Taryn packed her bags and took an internship on the beautiful island of Oahu at Hawaii News Now. When she wasn’t out catching the waves, she was reporting and building her talent for story-telling.
In both of her previous markets, she had the opportunity to be a morning anchor. During her time in her most recent market on the Central Coast, she helped co-anchor a weekly two-hour morning show, as well as creating a community outreach segment to highlight all the good going on in the local community.
Taryn co-anchors KSEE24 Sunrise with Brody Logan. When she’s not at the desk, you can catch her out and about exploring the Central Valley’s treasures.
