Paul Schlesinger

Paul Schlesinger joined KSEE24 and CBS47 in August 2019. He graduated from Fresno State with a Media, Communications and Journalism degree and is working on his thesis for a master’s degree in Photography from Syracuse University in Upstate New York.

He started his adventure in journalism as a photographer at Fresno City College’s student-run paper, The Rampage, then worked as a photographer and news editor at the Fresno State student-run paper, The Collegian, and became a student writer at the Fresno Bee for about a year.

Paul then became a photographer and an assistant photo editor at Syracuse University’s student-run paper, The Daily Orange.

That’s when he moved to broadcast news with the station. He works as a digital news producer where he writes breaking news stories, manages push alerts, posts to social media and more.

Paul also works the weekend assignment desk, making calls and setting up interviews for the weekend crew.

In his free time, he likes to travel, bicycle ride, hike, read, and more. He also has a passion for photography.
