Someone could be worth Over $1.1 Million!
Mega Millions® Ticket Sold in Tulare County is Worth Over $1.1 Million!

SACRAMENTO – One California lottery ticket was oh so close to hitting last night’s Mega Millions jackpot. The owner of the ticket is still a big winner though, and will collect $1,154,385 after matching five of six numbers.

The winning ticket matched the numbers 13-34-72-37 and 29, missing only the Mega number of 6. Had the ticket matched all six numbers, it would have been worth a whopping $87 million. But we don’t think anyone will be complaining about only winning $1.1 million.

The lucky retailer that sold the ticket was Circle 7 Liquor Store, which is located at 2020 North Dinuba Boulevard in Visalia (Tulare County). The retailer will receive a bonus check for $5772, just for selling the winning ticket.

Since no one hit last night’s jackpot, Tuesday’s Mega Millions jackpot rolls to an estimated $100 million.

The California Lottery strongly urges the winner from last night’s draw to sign the back of their ticket in ink, obviously keep it in a safe place and visit their local Lottery District Office as soon as possible. The winner has 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
