A commercial burglary ring has been dismantled and $320,000 in ag equipment has been recovered. Many of the items were stolen from businesses in the valley. Investigators with the Tulare County Sheriff's Department say the thieves were operating out of Southern California and selling the stolen goods on the black market. Two people are in custody, booked on possession of stolen property charges and authorities expect to make more arrests soon.
