The sentencing for two people convicted of arson delayed .
The sentencing for a foothill couple convicted of setting fires in the foothill community of Yosemite Lakes Park located in Madera County has been delayed . Kenneth Jackson and Alice Waterman were found guilty of intentionally setting 20 arson fires last year, but their attorney says there may be a conflict of interest between the defendants and the prosecutor, He is asking for a new trial. During a hearing there was information that came out. The judge needs to decide that could take weeks.
