Woman accused of a deadly crash arraigned in hospital

Police say 45-year-old Roberta Soto was driving under the influence of meth and ran a red light.
        The woman accused of a deadly crash in North Fresno was arraigned Friday in her hospital room.
        Police say 45-year-old Roberta Soto was driving under the influence of meth when she ran a red light and crashed into 26-year-old Matthew Harkenrider, of Clovis at Fresno and Herndon.
        Soto has been at a local hospital recovering from broken bones.
        She was arraigned in her hospital room. She plead not guilty to the felony charges she's facing.
        A judge gave her more time to work with her attorney before her next court appearance.
        Soto's next hearing is set for September 12th.
