Following President Obama's visit to the Central Valley last week, the real work begins on solving California's water crisis. Critics, though, say the president's drought relief focuses on buying our way out of the problem and doesn't bring in more water.
"We're not looking for welfare, we're looking for water," Valley Congressman Devin Nunes told KSEE24 Sunrise anchors Tuesday morning in response to the president's drought relief proposal.
He also addressed the concerns of redirecting water out of the environmentally fragile delta and dams and the president linking the drought to global warming.
