A small neighborhood in Madera County is temporarily out of water. A well in Parkwood near Highway 145 and Avenue 13, dried up. Water pressure dropped and forced the county to shut down the pump. Bottled water is being handed out while crews attempt to drop the well a hundred feet. County Supervisor Max Rodriguez says it's a problem that should have been dealt with, years ago. He says the neighborhood has been running on one pump for a while and it's not enough to support 604 homes. Water is expected to be running again by 8, Tuesday night.
