Saturday, June 21st, 4:30pm - 8:30pm

MOA Gardens, Shaw & Indianola in Clovis

$5 Adults; FREE for Children 12 and Under


Stone Fruit Salsa Recipe:

3 cups of stone fruit (peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots)

basil - a handful minced & crushed

2 tbl honey

Juice of one lemon

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

Just mix together! Can serve on sliced raw zucchini chips


Stone Fruit Dressing Recipe:

Has no fat or added sugar!

2 cups Coconut Water

1 clove Garlic

1 cup EACH of peaches, nectarines, and apricots (3 c total)

2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 c raisins

1/2 tsp salt (pink Himalayan sea salt recommended)

Mix in the blender till smooth & store for five days in an airtight glass jar in the fridge
