Three cities in the Central Valley have landed at the bottom of another national study.
                Three cities in the Central Valley have landed at the bottom of another national study.
                According to a recent literacy study by Central Connecticut State University, Fresno, Bakersfield and Stockton all ranked at the bottom of the list.
                Cities were ranked based on six categories, which included factors like the number of book stores and the public library system.
                For the fourth straight year, Washington, D.C. is ranked as the most literate city in the United States.
