If you're a high schooler looking for a prom dress or maybe you're looking for a dress for your daughter, but you're on a budget... how does free sound?
There's a Free Prom Dress Boutique this Saturday, April 26, from 8am-10am at Buchanan High School.
Some of the dresses have been donated by a local dress shop, others have been donated by community members.
The boutique is part of the Buchanan class, Clothes Closet, run by students year round for kids in the community who cannot afford dress-code appropriate clothes. This time of year, the students focus on gathering prom dresses for students.
It's available for all high-school girls in the community who can show proof of what school she attends. One dress per student. The dress must be tried on before taking home, so girls should wear something they can try on dresses over.
Click on the video to watch the interview and to see a preview of two of the dresses available.
