Drug Cartel Hit Man Pleads Guilty to Murder

He's accused of six murders in Tulare County and two in Kern County.
A self-proclaimed drug cartel hit man with ties to the Valley has pleaded guilty to murder.
Jose Martinez entered the plea this morning in an Alabama courtroom.
He was accused of fatally shooting a man back in march 2013.
He reportedly confessed to being a killer for hire, for a Mexican gang.
He claims he killed dozens of people in several states including many here in California.
He was sentenced to 50 years in prison.
But he'll likely face more prison time because he's accused of six murders in Tulare county, two in Kern County, and one in Santa Barbara.
The killings span more than three decades.
