Newly elected candidates for statewide offices.
Here are the results for statewide elections for the June 3rd Primary Election:
Governor Jerry Brown is in the lead to retain his seat after receiving over 42% of votes.
Gavin Newsom has also received the majority of votes for Lieutenant Governor with nearly 39% of votes.
It was a close run off for Secretary of State but Alex Padilla (30%)received the majority of votes over Pete Peterson (29%).
Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin has received the majority of votes in running for State Controller.
John Chiang has received the majority of votes for Treasurer.
Kamala Harris has also received the majority of votes in hopes of maintaining her position as Attorney General.
Dave Jones has the most votes in the race for Insurance Commissioner.
George Runner won the most votes for Board of Equalization I.
Tom McClintock has the most votes for 4th Congress.
Jim Costa received the most votes to represent 16th Congress once again.
David Valadao received the most votes for 21st Congress.
Devin Nunes won the most votes for 22nd Congress.
Tom Berryhill won the most votes for 8th State Senate.
Anthony Cannella won the most votes for 12th State Senate.
Andy Vidak is also in the lead for 14th State Senate.
Jim Patterson won the most votes for 23rd Assembly.
Henry T. Perea received the most votes for 31st Assembly.
Lisa Gamonian received the most votes over Rachel Hill for Superior Court Judge 15.
Tom Lorlakson received the most votes for Supervisor of Public Instruction.

Proposition 41 for Veterans Housing & Homeless Bond Act was approved.
Proposition 42 for Public Records, Open Meetings, and Reimbursements was also approved.
