Hopkins back for showdown with Nevada

The Fresno State basketball team will be back at full strength for Wednesday's battle with preseason conference favorite Nevada.

Jaron Hopkins, who has missed the last four games after suffering a transverse process fracture in his back against Cal-State Bakersfield on December 5th, says he's ready to go against the Wolf Pack.

Hopkins was playing at an extremely high level before the injury, and described himself as 100 percent physically at Wednesday's practice.

Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry credited the Bulldog medical staff for helping with his recovery from the injury, and said Hopkins will wear extra padding Wednesday to help protect the back.
