Deputies say the five-month-old baby will be okay after being grazed by a bullet. The condition of three other victims are unknown. Deputies got to the scene after a report of shots fired at seven in the evening. They found one man said to be in his 60s dead inside the home. Authorities say everyone involved lived together. Deputies are still investigating the cause of the shooting.

"The deceded was living at this location so some of the people that are injured are related to him but trying to get a connection of what occurred , who is related to who inside the residence," said Lieutenant Jose Salinas of the Fresno County Sheriff's Office.

Moments after the shooting, Fresno Police say the suspect fled the scene before being hit by a truck on Kings Canyong Road and Lind Avenue less than a mile away. Police arrested the suspect and took him to CRMC.
