Selma Police search for gunman who shot 2 teens

SELMA, Calif. - Selma Police are searching for a gunman who they say shot two teenage boys, killing one of them.

It happened in the 2400 block of Sarah Circle around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Police said there was a party and uninvited guests showed up. Officers say the shooter shot a 19-year-old in the back outside a home. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital where he underwent surgery and remains in stable condition.

The second person shot was a 16-year-old boy. Police said he was shot in the abdomen, and died at the hospital. A third man was hit by glass, and treated at the scene.

Selma Police do not have a description on the shooter, or shooters. Anyone with information should call Selma Police or Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.
