Jack Highberger is a general assignment reporter for Fresno NBC and CBS affiliates KSEE and KGPE.  Since coming to California’s Central Valley in January 2013, Jack has covered the state’s record setting Rim Fire, the crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214 and ­­­Fresno’s continuing struggle with widespread homelessness.

In December 2012, Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. While there, he was one of nine national winners of the Roy W. Howard reporting competition. Jack comes from a family of TV journalists and always aims to produce unique and insightful work that goes beyond the status quo.
