New career tech campus now accepting Fall 2018 applications

The Career Technical Education Charter High School (CTEC) is now accepting high school applications for the Fall 2018 academic school year.

CTEC is a new state-of-the-art campus that focuses on preparing students for college or a career. Students will learn technical, manufacturing and commercial construction skills that include industry internships, tours, and job shadowing. Project-based learning is heavily emphasized with hands on projects.

Dual enrollment will allow students to earn high school and college credit. For students that need transportation, CTEC has a partnership with Fresno City College and the City of Fresno which will allow free public transportation through the Fresno Area Express (FAX). There are FAX pick up and drop off locations within one block of the CTEC campus.

Students from Fresno County and any nearby counties are invited to apply before April 2, 2018.

The campus is located at 1320 N. Mariposa St. in Fresno, CA on the Fresno County’s Board of Education Kermit Koontz Education Complex (KKEC).
