A federal parolee wanted by the US Marshalls is finally in custody after a long police chase… where he allegedly stole a car while it was getting an oil change.

It started near Belmont and White Streets in Fresno and ended all the way in Traver in Tulare County

The suspect: 50-year old Kerry Binger was loaded into an ambulance after leading federal officers on a dangerous pursuit.

US Marshalls followed the parolee through Fresno... and lost him at the Costco parking lot in Clovis

Police say he jumped out of his car and got into a Nissan Maxima getting serviced at Jiffy Lube.

Police followed him to Traver where he crashed into a water truck.

The female truck driver was a wreck

“She was scared thought he was killed,” said Audomero Rodriguez whose brother owns the tanker.

“Just glad we were able to get him in custody and no one else was hurt,” said Ann Gaskins with the US Marshalls.

Some of the charges he faces include hit and run and assaulting an officer.
