The president of a tech support company, Torian Group, says owners of all smart phones and tablets should be able to find their missing devices.
“If you have an iPhone or iPad you definitely want to get signed up on iCloud and that will enable all the finding features on your device,” said Tim Torian.
When you log in from a computer, click on ‘find my phone.’ The green dot shows the location of your phone. Click on that green dot for more options, which include play sound, lock phone and erase data.
