A 6.0 earthquake emptied shelves and sent hundreds scrambling for the door early Sunday morning in Napa.
The quake caused damage to buildings and left at least 170 people injured.
Governor Brown has declared a state of emergency to bring aid to the area as the possibility of aftershocks looms.
