The suspected Downtown Fresno shooter, Kori Muhammad, was back in court Thursday morning for a conference settlement hearing.
Muhammad's attorney and the prosecution say they will proceed with the competency trial date set on January 8th.
Police say Muhammad targeted three white men and killed them in a gun rampage in downtown Fresno back in April.
Next month's trial will determine if he is competent enough to stand trial for the murders.
Thursday, Muhammad had yet another outburst in court before being taken out of the courtroom.
Another settlement hearing is set for December 14th.
