4.7-magnitude earthquake rattles parts of Central Valley

GONZALES, California (KRON) - An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.7 struck Gonzales Monday morning, according to United States Geological Survey.

The quake struck at 11:31 a.m. and was centered about 13 miles northeast of Gonzales.

It had a depth of about 3.8 miles.

The earthquake was felt in parts of the South Bay and Central Valley.

Even people in San Francisco said they felt the quake.

No damage or injuries reported following the earthquake.
