The nation's largest massage spa chain, Massage Envy, is the latest to face allegations of sexual assault.
According to an investigation by Buzzfeed news, more than 180 people have filed sexual assault lawsuits, police reports and state board complaints against the spa.
The incidents were reported at franchises nationwide, from California to New Jersey.
Some of the accusers say when they told the company what happened they were told not to file a police report and were offered their money back.
The company said the incidents "occurred over a span of 15 plus years and 125 million massages. But, we believe that even ONE incident is too many"
"This company seems to have a pattern and a practice of not firing sexual predators after they know they employ them," said attorney Kim Brooks-Rodney.
"They don't mandate that all their franchises report incidents of sexual assault to law enforcement," said lawyer Adam Horowitz.
A statement from Massage Envy calls the incidents "heartbreaking", adding they are reinforcing the importance of a safe environment for employees and clients.
