An area of low pressure moving south along the California coast will keep the chance of showers going in the San Joaquin Valley through Friday afternoon. The cool area of low pressure will also produce snow above 3,500-feet through early Saturday morning. Warmer and dry air moves in for the weekend with mostly sunny skies and highs in the 60s. Next week brings 70s into the forecast.
