A state run program allows children as young as 12-years-old to have condoms delivered to their home for free.
The tax payer funded program allows kids between the ages of 12 and 19 to get up to 10 condoms a month, mailed to their home, without parental permission.
The Condom Access Project targets counties with high numbers of sexual transmitted diseases among teenagers and the program just expanded to include Fresno and San Diego counties.
So far more than 30,000 condoms have been delivered across the Golden State.
